Why I created this website on groom wedding speeches
Lucky me, Beccy and I where invited shortly before our wedding to a wedding of a friend of her family. Surely, if you yourself get wed soon, you watch everything much closer. But that one thing really hit me: As the groom got up, giving his talk it really got boring – and even it just took a couple of minutes, everyone seem to be glad that it was over. I did not know neither the bride nor the groom, since they where not our but Beccy’s relatives. But I had the impression that this guy is one of the most boring people on the planet – and wondered why such a good looking bride would marry him.
Just a few minutes later, Beccy introduced me to him – and he was such a nice guy. Not boring at all. I thougth to myself: “What a wrong impression I got – just of that few minutes”. I knew I really had to manage this much better. But writing my own groom wedding speech really gave me a hard time, until I finally found some real good quality tips, tricks and sources preparing for groom wedding speeches.
